I have just got back from having an HM quickshifter supplied and installed by Arthurbikemad and what a bit of kit it is!!

I changed gear sooo many times on the way home it was rude lol. This badboy is the dogs.

Early days.......but its proper addictive and the noise you get by keeping it pinned and whacking through the gears is incredible.

So, thanks Arthur ( who has obviously forgotten more than most of us will ever know)for sorting it for me. Highly recommended.

Yes Dan you can fit and setup is fairly easy mate just takes time, main reason is the whole airbox needs to be removed and the fairing to gain access to the plug top coil packs.. after that you just install the new shift rod included (norm sold seperate) and one earth lead and thats it, a quick setup then off down the road for some FULL throttle CLUTCH LESS up shifts... Oh yeah...lol

    PM sent Mel :)

Down the side again mate as I do most, just over the water hose... TenKate make a small alloy strip that mounts to the fairing mounting bracket on RR8's then stick the shifter CPU to it, it then sits facing outwards just inside the fairing.. will see if I can find a pic..

Cool fitted my one there but managed to route it up under the seat secured by the batt bungie, just looked neater and once set there is no need to access it that often :)
