Ok the wife would like to go for a full weekend (Fri to Sun) for another Moto gp race, or F1 or maybe WSB

    this go me thinking.

Does anyone know of a company that I could book say a week away for the family on holiday that includes being close to a circuit so we can travel and watch the practice, Quali and race

I want to do this for next year and would be even better if it was when the kids are off on holiday from School.

if I can't do the above was thinking of driving, camping for a long weekend OR staying in Hotel.

So really thinking Holiday to include a full race weekend with the wife and kids

Now thoughts? anyone done this? my wife enjoys the above races as does my kids.

    Suggestions or comments?

Don't know of family-specific ones but there's tour companies such as Pole Position Travel who specialise in packages that include accommodation and MotoGP weekends with paddock tours etc, with added dinners and parties and the social aspect, but don't think they really cater for including kids as such.

If you want an all-round holiday then worth checking out somewhere like the Barcelona MotoGP/F1 which has the advantage of being close to an amazing city with plenty to see/do and stuff for kids (beach, waterparks, theme parks, etc). We did the F1 there last year and is easy to do as flights are cheap, accom plentiful and getting to/from the track is fairly straightforward.

There's also Monaco, Monza et al that are close enough to cities where families can holiday well.

Btw, the foreign MotoGP and F1 events I've been to don't really go to town with the event like they do at Silverstone, which have the trade stands, stuff for kids, stunt displays, entertainment on stages, etc. You tend o get just the merchandise and food/beer stalls and that's it.
