Standard in the Honda colours of the year and a beautiful bike in the flesh.

The R&G engine casing covers were a bit of extra insurance on top of the R&G crash bungs that fortunately I didn't need. But I wanted to tidy up the look of the bike and the standard engine casing colour didn’t suit the black frame. I think the R&G covers smartens it up a lot as does the tail tidy. Honda seem to agree as the next generation has a black engine cover. I added a HRC quick action throttle and throttle cables to the bike which made riding it a bit less tiresome. Talking of easy, you’ll like the 90degree valves that are fitted to the wheels which saves getting your hands dirty or burnt on the front discs! Other subtle items like new renthal grips, almost new chain and sprockets are easily overlooked. The forks were fully refreshed with new seals and oil by MCT Suspension in April. Braided brake lines replaced the ageing rubber ones for safety. Decent life left in the tyres and brake pads too. Everything works as it should, after all it is a Honda!

Scorpion endcan is EU stamped and does have a baffle but doesn't really need it to be honest. It makes a lovely noise but not too intrusive. There wasn’t a single mutter or tut from the MOT guy!

Two blemishes to comment on that were there when I bought it, but won't show up in photos too well. Slight mark next to sticker on tank, and some paint has been touched up on rear seat unit. If they don't show up in the photos it is because you really have to know they are there to see them!

Simple enough advert for a stonking machine.

It has the V5 in my name to go with it and all the recent MOTs and service history including the new fresh MOT from yesterday! It has just over 17,000miles on the clocks as shown in the photos. Both original keys are with the bike as is the underseat tool kit. This is not your average high-miler old Honda thrown on eBay for massive money, but a genuine loved Honda that will put a smile on the next owner's face for sure.

First to see will buy, it is that clean a bike. Fresh oil and original Honda oil filter fitted to ensure you have nothing left to do but ride it away!!

If you have any questions please contact me. Looking for £4000ono

    Thanks for looking.
