It's priced a bit high but she's a classic and she rips....lol Should keep it but someone could use it unlike me... It's cool for nipping around town and when you get to where your going you can park it in the hallway....lol
Oh man that is a little belter !! Iv seen it before with Arthur , I wish I has the budget for it . I would use it for popping up the shop and visiting mates in the summer . Cool as !!
Cheers Dan, it's in 8 out of 10 condition I suppose but like all things only worth what someone's willing to pay, what do you rekon it's worth as you know the monkey bike scene? Take I to account there are some CRAZY priced bikes on eBay, you seen the 50 for 12,000.00? wtf king of price is that? Will retake the photos later if I get chance as took them with my phone, not a good promo for the bike!
sorry to say the monkeybike market is very poor at the moment , there have been as new mint condition 40th anniversary models that have remained unsold for just over £2000 . the original z50m bikes used to regularly sell for £5500 ,yet there are some that have been for sale for ages at nearer £3800.
I've noted loads that have been on eBay for ages! Some are getting good bids for bone stock z50r models but other nothing...mind you some are asking crazy money IMO. I've got another rough z50r but not road reg its another bitser with a low mile clean c90 motor in it, tbh if I listed it as bidding it would prob sell easy this one has been just sitting for 5 years but with fuel in it started right up riding it around was a hoot so I'm not going to give it away, problem is I want a better tig welder so I've been looking at things I don't use... I'm a sad case tbh and want for too many things that's my problem...
they are not worth selling at the moment , even monkey bike uk have had to branch out into other bike sales to keep going. if it does not sell just put it in the garage and play on it whenever you feel like a laugh. i have 3 at the moment which i like to take turns in riding up to the local bike meet and on runs all around the country from the isle of wight to scotland . i even did john o groats to landsend with 30 others in 2006. just remember you cant ride a tig welder down to the shops.
I nearly bought a very well restored off road model for 1500 on EBay last year and I nearly won a mint unrestored 82 model for 800 at the start if this year so I wouldn't let it go under a grand . Probably the wrong time of year mate . I'd love yours but I would also live to put the money into restoring my Z50r as its the first bike ever had ( 4th birthday present ) and its the same age as me ! 1983 . I wouldn't sell mine ever as its worth loads to me sentimentally. I did see a guy selling 2 ATC70 trikes that were rough and both 82 's I think and he wanted 800 quid each , I also have 2 of those in the same nick which I'm thinking of selling so if I do part with them , me and you will talk monkey bike sales !! Ha ha
Cheers chaps, yeah cant ride a tig welder, but can build a bike that you can ride with it...lol I'm not bothered if it does not go and not the first time I've pulled the plug even if it did...lol Anyway I've got a perfectly good tig welder but you know how it is "need for speed baby" thus must get better welder....lol I need to win the loto to fund my lust for stuff...lol If I win this week Ill buy us all a gift....

Yep well made up, not a bad idea! I was telling him to take care as it likes to pop a wheelie or two... then saw his practice bike in the van and found out who he is....lol Think hell be ok....lol Top chap and in World MX next year with a factory ride on a Yamaha..!
