    Just been annouced on the news that the country has returned to recession....Brilliant News !!!!........Cheap Mortgage rates for another 6 months !

    Sorry Rob this wasn't a snipe at you or your comment as i would also gain from the low interest rate .I think it was more like ffs why cant these idiots just reduce the vat pump some decent money into new housing and jobs and get the country rocking with a more positive attitude. All we seem to hear is London gets this and that ,£50 million for the piggin cutty sark .Olympics for london. New railinks London .I almost had a rant then!!

    It just means less money in my pocket due to the cost of living increasing.

    That means older cars on the road.No money about.
    That means it's going to get busy selling more car parts,paint,pushbikes and repairs.Bring it on cos business has been slow this year.

    is anyone really struggling though - I don't know a single person that has financial issues.

    Have to be honest, im not finding things that easy at the moment and dont see any drastic improvement in the near future

    Im a delivery driver for the co-op and bring home around £900 a month. nothing special but thats the problem with living in a small town as there are not many well paid jobs around. always on the look out for something better though

    fair play mate, just wondered what you do thats all, alot of my trade mates are struggling to be fair, they are working but the money isnt what it was and there isnt the choice of work for them - and i think anybody who used to rely on overtime is going to struggle.

    should always look for something better no matter what you do...

    So if anybody on here owns a business and needs a new member of staff give me a bell.

    Im lucky in a way that i have a 39hr contract but hourly rate is just pants.
