Hi everyone just failed my MOT on the horn not working well its making a strange noise now had a quick look without taking the nose cone off and there seems to be a plastic piece pressing against the front of the horn can't really see what it is but its stopping the horn sounding anybody got any ideas, and is taking the nose cone of as complicated as it looks in the manual cheers Boo

Not sure about the horn on the 'blade but could it be just a corroded connection terminal(s)? If you can get to the terminals try disconnecting them, clean/WD40 and pushing back?

The horn could have moved, should be easy enough to twist it so nothing touches the front of it. Also,as said above, check the connections, clean and wd40,they easily get corroded by road dirt.
