I don't know where you've been @Lozzy, but this is really nothing new - to me. anyway.

Having respect for the comparable male counterpart, I have been doing DIY 'woo' steaming for some years, simply by boiling a kettle under a towel on my lap. To the innocent observer, it might resemble a smoking teepee on the plains of the Wild West. But alas, that is only the preliminary treatment.

Following that, I endure a few Botox injections into the scrotum. It's worth the pain - I assure you. A 'wrinkle-free' sac is a sight to behold and worthy of compliments by all, whether female, male, or transgender.
