    Good weekend at Anglesey trying to get to move on bike again after my shoulder not playing ball and 2 Ops cancelled Grrrrrrrrr wet wet morning but enjoyed it and afternoon sunny . Unloading bikes which I've done a few times before forgot to duck and head butted roof of van though nothing of it until my mate nearly passed out ha ha . 11 stitches and another 3 hour wait in A&E ha ha ha . But my Op date has come through again today to stop my arm clunking and clicking every time i move it

    Ha ha I was garage 13 at Anglesey and it went ok so it might be lucky for me with a rabbits foot necklace on aswell ha ha
