How to blank out numberplates, please

    Ahoy!


    Please tell me how to blank out numberplates (and by extension unattractive people and non-Fireblades) from photos?

    Is there a setting on Photobucket to do it?

    I hope I have posted this in the right place.

    Polygon selection tool and blur filter in photoshop here.

    It helps when your boss buys you the software.

    Fez was offering Paint tutorials, I think...

    in photobucket they have the swirl brush if you click
    edit to do just this for your photos.

    This swirl brush option does not seem to come up when I click on edit.


    It's not a big deal as I can use the 'paint' thingy before I upload to Photobucket.
