HRC Quick Action Throttle

    Has anyone got one of these fitted on there road bike/track bike, thinking of getting one, but would like to see what you guys think first :)

    any info on fitting etc would be good

    I read somewhere that the stock R6 throttle gives a quicker action throttle for not a lot of £££

    My Brother in law rode his mates with it on, and said it changed his lovely alrounder Fireblade into a fire breathing dragoness on PMT

    I think its adjustable to a level? (not sure on this point ) but from what Ben, my mate says, it changed the nature of the bike completly, bit like grabbing a wrist full all the time.

    R6 throttle tube is possible but needs a bit of bodging to fit.

    I have a QA throttle (not hrc), It came with three diameter tubes, Its easy to fit and takes out the lag Honda allow for people who cant cope with WOT quickly. It takes a 30 min ride for you brain to re calibrate then if you ride anthing else its annoying. Its that more than 90 deg wrist angle when WOT on standard thats the worst, its almost a grab and then some.
    I ride trackdays to egg runs on it and find it an improvement over stock.

    Ahhh I've looked at that one a few times .. toyed with fitting one cos I don't like the extra turn I need for full throttle . If you see what I mean

    Given that my throttle control has all the finesse of a night in a back street Glaswegian boozer, I'd be an accident waiting to happen.....love the idea though

    I've got an 'active quick action' throttle..
    Comes with three tubes. I fitted the middle size. No problems with fine control on corners and stops the double grab needed for full throttle.
    Would def buy again. You'll love it.

    I found one on ebay at a great price brand new from Calsport a few days back so grabbed it before any of you buggers did ;)
    Arrived the other day and it looks great . Active type 2
