Hi, Little new to CBR 1000's but I am looking at getting HRC fairing kit but I know the seat needs a new subframe! Can anyone advise me on a mod for this? Cheers
my attempts on fitting an HRC rear seat onto a std subframe were not that successful. Look at the CRC or Motoholders HRC subframes and compare them to the std one.. big difference. I ended up buying a rear race seat for the std subframe as the Motoholders HRC subframe was a bit expensive (-+ 350gbp)
Oh dear lol yeh I know it doesn't work but heard that you could buy a mounting kit? How does your seat work then? Does it have a small frame moulded in?
