hi guys i saw this and fell in love with it is it good usefull or do you have anyother make you can recomend as lean angle meter ???
cant go wrong with the Aim solo, has built in 3 axis gyro+accelerometers, and also gives you a lot of info/data if you care to delve into it.great s/w package.you can actually make the "lean angle" more accurate by using a simple math channel in the s/w aswell,so doesn't just go off the actuall angle (which changes with road/track camber).uses the speed, latt acceleration+speed.
hi mate just been browsing their webpage and seems like tyey are one of the best in market data logger but can not se anything regards to lean angle i am not that much of a professional to spent £2000 for it what i saw on motorcycle monthly was a speedangle meter i want to buy it but seesm like new product just a bit scared if works properly i am still searching will update
the Aim solo (lap timer) has built in gyro's,so this gives you your lean angle.i have 2 (and also the mxl2 dash now ) so trust me,it does give it,but like I said,if you want it to be even more accurate than just the gyro (because it cant compensate for camber) then you just add the math channel in the software. your prob getting quoted for the either the dash,or the evo logger system. there is also the solo DL,which connects upto your bikes ECU,this then gives a lot more info aswell.
