I feel like i've robbed them...

I popped into Halfords in Bolton on the way home from work to pick a Haynes workshop manual up for my 06 Blade, got lucky cos there was only 1 left on the shelf then when I went to pay for it she scanned it and £5 popped up on the till. That can't be right I thought but was asked to insert my pin number which I did and duly grabbed the receipt and left quickly, expecting to be chased to the car!!
So not a bad result and if anyone else needs a manual try Halfords cos they seem to be going cheap.

I nearly got one off there but thought I'd rather pay a bit more and have it straight away so it was even sweeter when it only cost me a fiver!!

Lol yeah, altho I spent the £20 I saved on wd40 total wash and polish!!!

 

plenty of wd 40 on good gear keep the condensation off not on your discs tho or you,ll go for a handfull and nowt there bud

 

I use acf50 for that mate. This is a bike wash that you spray on and rinse off. Got it for the quick washes but will still use a bucket, warm soapy water, sponge and elbow grease for the proper wash. And some spray on polish that seems pretty good when I used it today.

 

A bit off topic but i went in aldi before going to a party at the weekend and got two pizzas, some chicken and vegs (makin fajitas) 2 ltrs of coke and a ltr bottle of vodka.


And paid £7

Didnt mention it to the cashier

 

Hope she 'Put Out' after having a litre of Vodka forced down her neck?
