..................whilst reading Febs issue of Fast Bikes, page 67! An interview with Yoshishige Nomura, President of HRC and MD of Honda R&D! When asked why Honda are so slow at releasing electronic aids for their Top line Sports Bikes he states the following.......... "Honda's philosophy is not to release something into the market that isn't 100% developed and guaranteed to work. Maybe that is why Honda sometimes comes out with technologies later than it's rivals. When Honda releases an advanced electronics package you can be sure it will work 100%! If you have it a rider will rely on it, so it has to work 100%!"
Whilst I had ABS on my last Blade without any issues this comment did made my digestive track move that little bit faster.
Nothing wrong with the "Combined ABS" on the Blades, its a design feature to keep the rider on has toes so his ABS (Anal Braking System) cuts in!
