ey up, had a scramble through various threads to see if this question had already been asked, but couldn't see it...sorry if i am regurgitating an old question

My '06 idles at 2000rpm, 2400rpm when cold, obviously too high, is it adjustable? Is it correct that 1200rpm +/-100 is correct?

There should be a little knob on the left hand side as you sit on the bike

cheers fella, kinda assumed that was it but didn't want to tweak it in case I was wrong!

Think my kids may have been playing with it...I may have to bar them from my garage!

mine does the exact same thing dude. if you alter the idle speed whilst cold, i would suspect that you will have all sorts of issues at idle when its warm

Mine idles at 1200 ish rpm when warm but when cold its about 3000 which starts to drop in 500 rpm incriments once the temp gets to about 40c
