hi, not sure if any one noticed i wasnt here but ive jus got back from a 2500 road trip around the french alps/ italy and germany on the blade,
ill be putting a few pics up later on.

Hope you had a good trip. : Would be interested to know how you managed with luggage. Which Alps passes were open this time of year.

 

+1 on luggage , Im loking into soulutions for carrying luggage. Iv seen a bike on here with a top box but i think thats a bit much on a blade. wouldnt mind seeing pics of a rack fitted thou. Seen some on ebay for 60 notes. I wonder if they are any good?

hi as for luggage i took an oxford 30 litre tail pack as seen in pics and i managed get plenty of clothes in that and then i took a small rucksack just for my wet suit and spare gloves.
any way heres a few pics

What rubber do you have on and what was the condition after 2500m? I am thinking of doing the Alps next year.

 

i had metzlers on and now the rear is starting to square off, brilliant tyres ho, highly recommend
