Just wanted to share a good customer service story. I've had my excellent R30 rucksack for 2 years and this month one of the zips on the outside pockets had a problem. I sent it back to Kriega with the hope of a warranty repair 2 weeks ago. I just got home from skiing today to find a brand new R30 waiting for me! Brilliant British company, very impressed. (Ps I have no connection with them apart from being a happy customer)
