    Hi,

    I am selling my Blade.

I hurt my neck and back a few months ago, and while it does not hurt while riding, I just need to ease off the sport position a little bit, as my osteopath has stated that in the sport bike position, you limit the motion of your neck, and of course, while riding in traffic, I need to turn my neck often.

Also, I can't bear to put simple miles on her in traffic for another summer. I mean, really... 30 traffic lights each direction, every day, on a Blade?? Poor baby... I rather give her to someone who can really ride her...

Final reasons... I can really do with less expense, less monthly payments, less insurance, etc... Also I cannot ever park in London, and what's the use of having a bike if I can't ride it where I want to go?? I could bear to lose a £3000 bike to thieves / crash damage, but not £7000... That would hurt me too much...

The really rubbish part is I am looking for a 2003 CBR600F, just like the one I sold to Dobles to buy the Blade last year...

I am not putting much information of the bike until I put it up in the for sale section... I am going for a dealer deal, as that way I can trade in and make it simple... Unless someone on here wants it... But I have to price all the extras, cuz she's got ALOT of nice extras...

I will probably take all extras off and sell them here.

This has taken a long time for me to finally write this thread... It's been a couple months I've been thinking about it, even spoke to Freedom of Choice about it the other day over a coffee... But I think it is the right thing for me at this time.

I rather look forward to thrashing a 600 again...

PS I am not even asking if I can stay on the forum. You can't kick out your family!!!!!!!

I think the only way around your problem is to hand the bike over to me foc and i will try to pick you up a runabout this way means your bike has a good home less insurance and no worry about it being nicked .I might have a word with old Freedom for approval. What do you think?;)

Also wont feel like much of a drop from a HRC to a 600, may even end up with a faster bike ;)

    *GASP*

Haha, yeah it really is a shame to let her go, but it just makes sense right now... I'll have another in a few years... When I am old like you guys, and need something easy to ride fast... hahahah!!!

Just really does not make sense in the middle of London town...

Maybe I should just move out of the shitty city?!?!?!

You will have to give u a good write up on going from 1000-600 as most of us have gone the other way.
I reckon I would have more fun on a 600 as I never use any where near the full power of the blade

Have you thought of trying a set of helibars before you sell it, might be worth a try for the sake of a few quid
