Switch mate, lubricate it.. after that check wiring to switch gear etc.. did the origional flasher work on the other bike?

Whats the setup again, intergrated rear? and what fronts?

They are normal bulb front just smaller than oem, the switch did look and feel a bit sticky so I squirted some de-greaser in and still the same.

Hard to say by txt etc mate but your welcome to bring it over and I can meter it out for you.. Have you checked the fuse for cracked pins, blown etc.. also have you unplugged the integrated rear?

Yep tried both of those, well the fuses behind the left panel, that's the only ones I found.
Looks like I may be riding up to you when you have some time spare mate :)

Check for shorts inside the indicators themselves.
My wee bros cbr was doing something like that
And we found a single strand of wire shorting in
    The rear indicator.

Switch, stripped it down, cleaned it, now working.. I did test the loom before hand so I knew it was at fault! Now just need to sort the untidy plugs etc and then button it up.
