I'm thinking of getting them really small LED indicators.. The ones that are the size of ur little finger nail but are really bright.. But not sure what it would look like on the bike or if I should go for normal small ones?
If you mean Oxford Nanos then they are very bright and clear. I have them on the back on my bike and am fitting a set to the front as well.
Good point by SPS about the relay. You can use inline resistors but changing the relay is a better solution in my opinion.
