Hey guys, I've been following the discussion on the change of rear tyre profile from 50 to 55 and insurance implications. It's something I'm looking at getting so I've ranged up my provided (MCE) to ask. So these are the notes to know for (MCE) for tyre profile and other changes from manufacturer spec.: MCE allows any mods and upgrades without any extra costs or charges for changes in the policy (which I didn't know about and find quite cool). Mods I've announced were: - Aftermarket can - Airfilter mod - Tyre profile change - Rear suspension upgrade Downside is that if you crash they only pay out the amount to replace OEM, but you can run any mods, make any changes without any extra costs or paying for policy change. Exclusions - turbo, superchargers, nitro etc.. IF YOU KNOW DETAILS FOR YOUR INSURER, PLEASE POST THEM BELLOW AND I WILL UPDATE THEM IN THE THREAD SO THERE IS ONE POST WHERE PEOPLE CAN FIND OUT ABOUT THEIR INSURER ))))
You might have, I posted it in the general discussion and then realised it's the wrong place to put it
