For bike to bike more than rider to pillion, or just for listening to phone sat nav instructions, etc? Who uses what - any recommendations or ones to keep well clear of
Mine replaces my neck collar on mine, works perfectly, but only if you have a schuberth for it so for into..
Sena s20 evo, used it in a group of 4 with no problems, good sound quality with music, comma and sat nav instruction
I had cheap ching Chong and rubbish But I have brought the Cardo packtalk bold jbl’s And the intercom is great, the sound is great up to about 90mph with full akra on, but it could not understand me until I done the firmware update and then you get the option to change to British English instead of American English. So that bit works fine now. And the RDS is cr## and I am in talks with them trying to sort it at the mo. Apart from that good No buttons to push just tell it what you want ( with in reason)
I've been looking at getting one for ages, something that can be removed so that I can fit to the good ladies lid when she pillions (rare that it is) but can then fit on a mates lid when we go for a weeks tour somewhere. I am quite intrigued by the new BMW "fits all" device thats being launched. (https://www.autoevolution.com/news/...omms-system-for-motorcycle-riders-135843.html)
Had a cardo g9x for years now. Works well but mainly use it for gps, scamera van alerts, and fm radio. Radio reception isn't great though, like @bazzashadow the RDS seems non existent, and they seem to abandon you support wise once the warranty is gone. Battery needed replacing on mine and they didn't sell them so had to do an ebay/YouTube jod to replace it.
Last time I was in Tyneside I borrowed my cousins bike and helmet. His Cardo was set to "Geordie". It yelled at me a lot, couldn't understand a damned thing I asked it and hit me when I wasn't looking. then it got drunk and passed out in the street.
