Well been meaning to sort this out for months.. Bike has an agreed value of 6k but need to get a valuation form completed and signed by someone in the trade who agrees with my valuation for it to be official.

Keep meaning to go to my local Honda dealer but keep forgetting so thought perhaps there was someone on here who could help out if I send you the forms in the post? If I bin the bike or if it gets nicked im looking at 1500 - 1800 quid payout for a 98 blade so need to get this sorted really..

Anyone on here who is a Club Official, Valuer, Specialist Dealer who could help out maybe?

I'd go with £10K myself as the labour that's gone in to it is imeasurable IMHO.

Up to £10K should cost no more than any other current Superbike.

Yes I agree Sinewave but they wont cover restoration / build labour charges for valuation. Has to be covered in the cost of the parts and cost to replace the bike excluding labour. But with the Ohlins shock, fancy forks, OZ wheels, replacement engine etc etc. This is where I came up with the 6K.
