I have the power commander III USB fitted to my 07 blade. Bike runs very well for 15-20 mins then stars running on 1 or 2 cylinders and cuts out. I pull over and wait for 15-20 mins and the bike runs fine again. I have
removed the PC and bike runs fine. Inspected the loom and can't see any damage. Tried a software update and a 0 map but still get the problem. Sent the PC to dynojet and they would not look at it as it was a US import. ( I am based in the UK) It is almost as if when the PC gets warm under the seat and fails but I don't really have a scooby doo.

    Any help welcome.
    Thanks

Just sounds like a dodgy PC to me. You could take it to your local dyno place so they can hook it up to the machine and see what is going on with it. My local charges £40 for a quick run and £120 for a re-map.

Failing that, just buy a UK 2nd hand on ebay, seen a few on there for £150.00

Buying a used PC where there is no history is often from a crashed bike where the internals have taken a big shock this also applies to alarm systems as well. These units are fragile and have 2 PC's here that have malfunctioned after a big smack. The only advise I can offer at the moment is to check the throttle position sensor (TPS) connector is fully home, the symptoms are similar when the connector on the left of the throttle body is disconnected.

The guy was driving a bigish Nissa Patrol and forgot the trailer was there when we where stopped in traffic. I have texted him with a estimate of the cost to fix trailer £200. No response yet..
