Just need to tell the Mrs now just as well we are away in October can work on the brownie points .

Flights from Manchester to Gibraltar approx £300 then its approx 70 miles to Jerez in a car.My bike I will get no limits to transport from Halifax and pay £100 return .

It does add up but it's the only time I will get to ride my bike in the 6 months lay offs with the winters we have .

 

£300 for flights? wheres that from as they are usually much cheaper.

try flying from leds/bradford see what that comes to,thATs where i'll be going from i think

Had a quick look on skyscanner from Manchester what should flight be approx. ?

 

cant remember what i paid last yr but will have a look around and see what i come up with

 

thought i'd best drag this back before you go and do something stupid like book a flight to gibralter....

look for flights to either seville (theres not many though) or to malaga.(which is where we will be going to,about a 2hr drive to jerez)

they are about 100 quid return from either liverpool,leeds/bradford/manchester.

thats flying out sunday coming back thursday

I found these flights. £78 Manchester to Malaga with no stops. Dont know why but theres a lot of flights with 1-2 stops. Seems strange and a waste of time when your only going to Spain.

just make sure the times are ok and the return is not too late (ideally 12 ish),you dont want to be getting into spain at night really.

 

Just double checked and it gets into Malaga midday

 

spot on then,gives you plenty of time to chill in the bar

 

That will do me going on Sunday 17th Nov at 8am from Liverpool gets to Malaga midday and returns on the 21st leaving Malaga 11.45am.spot on those times £85.99 plus £10 charge if paying by debit card they always manage to get a bit more out of you .

Yep easy jet by the time I got to the end of the payment process it was £106
