The NOCO packs are amazing, and have great reviews. What don't you like about it?

Have you considered yours might be faulty?

You also need to make sure the bike battery does not go flat, this kills lithium battery's, But they also don't like being left fully charged as this reduces the life span

Hi Mate, think i mis-judged it. The battery was deep dead. I had to use the override function on the GB20. This actually fired the bike up - so all good.

I would try to find the reason for the bike not starting. If it is the battery, then it is much better to change it.
I do not (nor recommentd) jump start with another device (including car battery) unless it is a desparate situation. The current flow is generally higher the max recommended charging current for the battery.
I don't rate my noco charger but their jump starter may be better
