Sometimes you just need to play your top trump card Fez. I've spent the morning at my mates garage. He's a TVR specialist and the place was full of these geezers with much more money than sense, all flogging the dead horse of TVR reliability by throwing wads of money at my mate to sort their endless problem. They were all bragging about power to weight, acceleration etc. etc. and I just kept shaking my head mockingly and nodding at my 'Blade sat on the forecourt.
I find myself in the same situation as some of my mates have scooby's focus st's ect. its crazy the amount of money they spend to keep them on the road, and they actually think they are fast aswell. 1 mate took me out in his civic type -R to show me how quick it was and i actually thought it was quite slow. And i know what slow is as i drive a 1.1 clio lol
Why, as I built the car with my BIL I need to take it in turn with driving. Plus th blade is just so much fun. Unsure of how far I went today but did new bridge as the old one was closed. Chepstow, usk, abbergavenny. Then Talgarth to hay on why, then down via peterchurch, to Monmouth then Chepstow Cracking day out if a bit more of a touring day then blast but to b expected going out with my BIL who drives like a girl.
