In a word YES. I have had 2 offs this year, one at Oulton where I hit the deck at about 90 and the other at Anglesey at about 70 and on both occasions ended up on my back with a bang, but came away with no bruising or the like. It is also a very comfortable bit of kit, almost to the point of not knowing you have got it on.

A mate has a Dainese back protector and although it is a nice bit of kit, it doesn't seem to be quite as comfy as the Knox. I like the adjustability of the Knox and the fact that you can unzip it all and wash it. I bought my Track Vest at the NEC show last year and got a good deal from Knox directly and got a free base layer thrown in too.

Knox Track Vest all day long!

I've been using one most of the summer for Track Days and rides out, ACE bit of gear IMHO and only today I've bought their Handriod gloves to go with it!
