Does anyone know where I can get my R25 repaired? Basically I left it in my living room over night with my dog and she chewed the zip. Normally I would just buy another as it's less hassle, but I've only used it a few times and it's in great condition otherwise.

I emailed them Si. They said the can't replace the zip ??? I'd have thought that it been they're product they would know how to replace a faulty zip. But hay ho what do I know. Made in Britain. Apparently !!!
You're joking?? That's pretty poor mate! Probably outsourced to th Far East then..... i suppose anyone with experience replacing zips. I.e leather jackets, could do it?
I was gutted to be honest. In the past I have had nothing but praise to say about they're products, but the thought of having to shell out another £100 or so for another rucksack, when this 1 is perfectly fine otherwise is a hard pill to swallow.
