Cheers dude! I tried that mounting on the top clamp, but the triple tree was catching when moving the bars, so used the rad mounts instead? The velcro i have attached on top of the metal tank, partly underneath the plastic tank cover. This seems ok???
This is mine with seat back on. It's the second set of sticky velcro I've had as the first set came adrift when I rode to Almeria. I didn't mount it that well. Coupled with the weight of the us30 being draped out the way at so many fuel stops...the sticky stuff gave way. I don't think it will again. I'm going to experiment with the loop alternative that Kriega offer. One day soon.
