Le Touquet Undercover Secure Parking

    During a visit to Belgium and France last week we stayed in Le Touquet for a few days.

    As it was bank holiday week we couldn’t stay at the hotel we usually use so we stayed at the Red Fox which is right in the centre of town, whilst I admit the hotel is not up to much, it’s clean and reasonably priced. Just make sure you ask for a room on the back to avoid the sound from the late night bars and dustmen early in the morning.

    What they do have that is useful if traveling by bike is an undercover locked and therefore secure car park. The charge was 10 Euros but you could get 4 bikes in one parking place so cost could be split, when we stayed there was only one other car parked in there.

    The other added benefit is the hotel is only a short stagger back from the bars and restaurants:
