I have always rode in Kevlar jeans but lately my bottom gets sore after a long ride. I brought a e-seat which made it a bit better but a wise old bird told me to try leather trousers So Monday I went out with a pair of leather trousers on and it was much better What my question is Trousers in or outside the boots And now I am going to have to buy a pair
Leathers normally inside boots and textiles outside, but some Dainese kit is designed for outside just to confuse the issue
I wear my Bullit Covec jeans if if just going short blasts. However if its going to be a proper run then I'll wear my Furygan Raptor leather pants. Super comfortable and I wear the boots over them, I don't ride in the rain cause am a pu$$y so no issues with boots filling up with water
Definitely leathers and leather jeans inside boots (but as mentioned some Dainese suits are designed to go over boots)I prefer the tucked in option.
I wear Alpinestars leathers and boots. A*’s cut and style is for tucking into boots. being a midget, I’d prefer to wear over the top if I had the choice. When the time comes to replace, I’ll probably go for a set of Dainese. I have the short leg trousers already which are fine, but the armour is the same size as regular leg and makes doing the boot zip up, hard (as the armour sits quite low compared to normal height people - to the point that I’ve burst the zips on both boots, have had them replaced/repaired. I guess I do have chunky calves too. It was suggested that I trim/cut the armour but I didn’t want to.
I think it depends on the boots as well, lots of boots have the big shin lump thing that would be a bastard to get trousers over and zip up
