T10 car colorful SMD 1.5W LED Bulb width lamp 194 168,K | eBay
I too collect a lot of bulbs with leds on the bikes, cars and the odd radio controlled toy. them ones from ultraled are not smd's. the old yellow smd ones used to overheat and burnout very fast.I had one of them on my bike for two years with no problems.before that I had one of these Auto Carisma - Quad LED 501 Bulbs - Blue - Uk Supplier of Car Accessories, Car Mats & Wheel Trims then after all that I had one of these
Out of curiosity, what are the legal ramifications of using the ultra bright LEDs as replacement reversing lamps. I know it's not legal to use halogen lamps but what about these?
nothing so far...I have ultra bright led reverse lights and led numperplate lights that light up the whole road behind me and I pass the mot every time
Just ordered this Ciaran. We use SMD LEDs as modelling lights on studio flash and they are ludicrously bright. This thing has 92 of the buggers on it. I should never reverse up the lawn again!
that is the same set up I use. I have them in the bikes mirrors and the cars fogs, sidelights, reverse lights, numberplate lights and brake lights......smd mad I tell ya
I just want to see where the back wheel is going when I reverse in the dark. Which I thought was the whole point but most car manufacturers seem to disagree with.
The last Audi I drove had a single KC Daylighter as a reversing light. It was an ex Hannu Mikkola, works group B Quattro though.
