These look great and I like the fact they are road legal. The add for the evo 2 model says.... "E-approved and fully road legal in Europe - designed to work perfectly with stock fuel and engine management settings for true "plug and play" performance - with removable db baffle for improved performance & more agressive sound. E-approval papers supplied." Can anyone explain how if it is decatted, it doesn't need a remap ? I don't want to fit a power commander. I'm going on the theory that the akra slip on that Honda supplies in the Sport Pack, has the cat etc so they don't need a PC.
