Lightech quality

    Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with Lightech chain adjusters. It appears that the nut on the rear of them is only chrome plated and is starting to corrode after less than a year. The other fixing bolts appear to be stainless steel. The bike gets used in all weather apart from over winter where there may be salt on the roads.

    Yup mine is starting to corrode, the only bolt on the bike that is .

    I have emailed lightech, but haven't got any reply.

    Same here, even covered in acf it still corrodes.

    changed to Gilles as heard this was an issue.

    what kind of stand fits to Gilles lifters?

    You can get the bobbins on the paddock stand from harris various other suppliers do them

    Have been looking at a set of lightech chain adjusters might just change the bolts to titanium if that's the case

    Looks like it's a common fault with them. Will email/phone supplier this week to see if I can get a reply.
