I’m asking this for a friend, he doesn’t have a blade but a close CBR600rr and I would imagine this question applies to both bikes.

His is a 2017 model 600rr and his first bike. The front indicators on his bike are permenantly on kind of like DRLs. Fairly dim but then come on brighter when turn signal switched on and they flash like normal.

I’ve never seen this before and we both would like to know if this is normal for newer bikes these days??

    Same for Blades?

    Cheers
    Ben

What's not to like Gary ?
You can't see them, you're sitting behind them

If It makes it easier for the cage drivers to spot us it can only be a good thing

But there yellow why not keep it like the out going model and have tiny led lights instead of two very dim lights that are yellow

The US (at least) have required this set-up for a while on all new bikes, as far as I know Honda re the only ones to decide to not change it for the UK market - cheaper and easier for them to homologate I imagine.

Thanks for the input. I’ll let him know his bike lights are normal.

    Thanks again
