Busy few weeks for the old gal recently!

First off was a TD back end of May, another sodding Wet/Dry/Wet/Dry day at cadwell with nothing learnt, then a mate borrowed her to use at the Michelin Power Cup Round at Anglesey, having blown up his BMW, his first time on 16.5s, first time on a blade, he managed 2 x 5th places from the back of the grid on saturday and 2 x 3rd places from the back on sunday, only being beaten by brand new superbike spec machinery, his opinion?

'it stops better, turns better and handles better than my BMW could ever hope to, if only it had a reliable 199BHP like my beemer you wouldnt need owt else.'

It came back a week later, had a mini strip down, good check over, fresh oil & filter, then i was out on her thurs 14th, first time on michelin slicks (left on by gaz) and got a fully dry day in, it was racer chaser central with clubbys mostly filling the fast group, but once into a rythym i was ok apart from the GOD AWFUL MICHELINS they are terrible terrible tyres, squirm all over the show, no grip, nothing, for 3 laps even with tyre warmers they are horrendous, 2 sessions in and back to the old faithful Pirelli Slicks and BOOOOOOOM, all is well with the world.

Had a bit of a play with the settings left in by gaz, and found a step forward in front end, rear is perfect anyway, by the end of the day the starlane showed a 1'41.8, a new PB, and with a bit of experimentation with gearing a and a few more lb's lost off me im confident to be in the 39's by years end.

Oh, and a had a reet ding dong with 2 other blades, at one point going 3 a breast into coppice, was proper shut your eyes and hope you come out stuff. grin tastic!

No piccys from TD (was an MSVR day so no Tog) but a few of Gaz at Anglesey.

The only thing that lets it down is your gardener hasn't cut the grass properly, Craig.

That looks sweet and it sounds as though it goes nicely too. It is good to see that the pre 2008 Blades can still cut it too, love my 05 model.

She is on fire at the mo, can't fault her, nor have I tried ANYTHING yet that comes close to doing what it does.
