    None bike related!!!

I'm thinking of driving down to the Natural History Museum on Sunday and I need advise from those that live or know London well?

I believe I do not need to worry about congestion charges on a Sunday but what about parking, can I park any where on single yellows etc, Are there any line or restrictions those of us that live up north wouldn't know about and are there any free car parks near the Museum

    General advise please

    Thanks Guys

What I would do is park near a Tube station on the outskirts of London, buy a travel card, hop on the Tube and make your way in. The easiest and most cost effective way to do it

Don't drive in to town, is a right ballache...

    Hi Carl

Park up at Cockfosters and jump on the tube mate.

Piccadilly line all the way to South Kensington. Simples, and then just a few minutes walk north (I think, you better check but it not far). I know London well enough to drive you to it with out making many wrong turns but not well enough in that part of London to advise on parking, but as you say CC is free on Sunday.

Google it, I am sure they have a web site that will give you all the information you need.

Trust me, take the tube, it will be easier and most likely cheaper than parking.

You can get some bloody cheap train tickets on the weekends if you buy in advance. Train goes to Kings Cross from Grantham and loads of tube lines go via Kings Cross as well.
