Hi guys looking for a bit of advice, I've got a 2006 Blade with 2013 BPF, 2006 wheels and discs, I've read that Brembos off GSXR's 108mm fit the Blade, I've Bought a set Brembos off a GSXR, the caliper bolts do fit but even with the spacer removed the callipers a still to high, see photo. Any idea for a solution ? all I can think is bigger discs, anyone else seen this problem ??

    Cheers Terry

Think you need to mil down the brembo calipers so that the disc hits the pads properly. Guessing you need new bolts after that aswell.

Yeah cheers, I thought about milling the callipers but its 7mm so I'm thinking it's to much, I cant understand it as others say they fit straight on, Looks like a set of callipers up for sale.

Could you not take 3mm from the caliper and 3mm from the fork? Not talking from expertise though just a thought

You could look at different discs as I think your running 310mm on yours. And possible that the Brembos came from a 320 setup. Talk to Mode Performance and explain the situation and they might have a solution for you.

2006 blade should have 320mm discs, have you taken the spacers off the forks? As those are 5mm which is probably why they are not fitting correctly

Brembos don’t need the spacers to fit

Thanks for reply lads, Yeah I have removed the spacers, that photo is taken with the spacers removed, I'm thinking the way forward is to sell these and buy some that dont need any work doing.
Have alook a there pictures, you can see the difference, no gap under the proper blade calliper and around a 7mm gap under mine, again im sure it can be milled but i dont fancy doing it.
