Hi guys I lost my key for my blade any Any ideas what to do now,buy a new set with ecu or make a new one?
No spare? You can get another cut, and programmed, if you have one with a chip in it. Most good locksmiths have the capability, If you don't have another key Mr Honda stealers might be able to help. Some locksmith's can even retrieve information from you ecu and use that to programme a new key, My neighbour did this with her car it only cost her £50 including a chipped key. Good luck.
I hope Honda aren't like Kawasaki, I lost my one and only key for my zx636 track bike, I rang everyone, including Kawasaki UK. no one was interested apart from selling me a complete new lock set and ignition, and ECU, ended up going for keyless system, cost around £150. good luck mate
