daft sod I've lost my locking wheel nut tool for the GT85. I had the rear tyres off last week and this week cleaning the car noticed I've not put the tool back in the box and cannot find it anywhere So I have the key for the locking tool but is it a matter of just calling the dealer and ordering a new one? Been one of them days
Why remove all the locking nuts when it's only the locking adaptor too, I have lost. Surely they could Order a new adaptor for me ?
There will be lots of different keys for the wheels. They won't remove them. You need to find out what number yours is.
Matt you have only had the car 5 mins they wouldn't expect you to have used it yet I would say I never recieved one
Also someone recently said they work on parts at a Toyota dealer check the thread with members jobs as they may be able to help
Ah I remember having to phone the wife from the tyre fitters once to ask her where she kept the lock nut socket. "They're both safe in the filing cabinet in the office..."
If you have the box with the ident code in simplest order new one if you don't the car is that new service will get them off I done same with my juke they know you ain't trying to rob wheels talk nicely all will he fine I take locking wheel nuts every day with a more hands on approach ha ha 11 plate Porsche Friday bloke was turning away no damage all good ha ha
took the number to the dealer. £15 and now have a new correct locking nut adapter. and will not forget to put it back next time
