Had a chip on the top edge of my headlight so went looking for another to replace it.Found one on fleabay won it for £32 described as good condition but pick up only BARGAIN!.Arranged pick up from Kent to Havant at 5am on a saturday morning.Took the 123d for a blast rather than the bike.Too early for a noisy bike.
Got there paid him and he gives me a box with it wrapped up.I took his word for it as it is ebay.Gets it home to find it had been in a smash and repaired!! One thing good about it is the lenses were sound.I pulled out my original cowling and found the repaired areas were hidden behind the cowling pheww! Dilema now is do I change it or not.So I made a good one out of the pair by taking the lens off the battered one onto my otherwise mint light.
while the lenses were off I put some led strips in both lights in the repaired one and decided to use it as my road and track kit.The good original light is now with the mint original fairing set.So when selling time comes all the front will be mint.Heres a pic of the lights with just leds on.They cost a fiver.

Be careful of sellers on flea bay. Never hand the money over without having a good look at the goods first. Hope you gave him shitty feedback to warn others.

    Nice work.

We used to have a 123d Coupe. Had to sell it when we had a baby. Best car we ever owned. 123d is a real sleeper, rare too really miss it
