Just read on the no limits facebook page that the council have had a restriction put on mallory park. They can only run trackdays on wednesdays and sundays now. Hope it doesnt affect anyone on here.
Sounds like they are losing the battle......shame if it closes its a great little circuit full of history and a great blast especially if you ve never done a track day before....
One of favourite tracks the moaning bastards the track has been there longer than most if not all have lived there .its like a vegetarian moving into a KFC makes my blood boil you knew there was a circuit there live somewhere bloody else moaning twats . Same as croft that is dead on the water now cause of the same wingers . If I owned it I'd shut and build s massive gypsy camp 5 pound a van !!!!!!!
It's a bit more than just a couple causing issues, it ll be a shame of it closes... Ongoing court issues have got it to this stage
Surely this is the council's fault for allowing houses to be built to close to a race Track? After all the track has been there for years
Mallory did themselves no favours with the motocross track they built being used every Sunday. Being 2 stroke and starting early must be annoying. Mallory also started to run many more trackdays and events that I think they were allowed, so they increase overall noise. Noise is weird how it travels but also how certain types can really grate - like a Harley with straight through pipes
