Manchester bike show 12 jan 2014. Not a great show

    Why didn't somebody warn us this show wasn't very good at all. Massively overpriced at £15, I know there was a discount for pre booking , but I don't like to commit. But that is no excuse for the show being rubbish. I won't bother listing the manufacturers not there. Some of the exhibits were just second hand show rooms. One exhibit had lambertta type scooters spaced every 10 yards, just to fill the space. I hope the organisers learn a lot from this one.

    Hi Kev sorry you missed this thread and had a crap time I even commented on last years show .On the Event city forthcoming show I worked at the Event city complex ( Note old Argos warehouse ) with the most shite lighting ever and the show was slightly better ( just) and full of old shitters and more ponytails than a school prom ..You have been warned.

    The Honda/Hunts stand was good.......I didn't pay to get in, got a few free brews and was an excuse to get the bike out so........

    The Honda/Hunts stand didn't even have a 600RR on it. But it was the "best" stand there. I keep meaning to go and have a look at Hunts motorcycles.
