Manchester Bike Show at Event City 22nd/23rd March

I've just received paperwork through for the Manchester Bike Show at Event City running the weekend of 22nd/23rd March 2014

It's no wear near in the same league as the NEC Show but it's local and its cheap.

Last year I showed Ben's Bike Trinity and had a cracking weekend with the whole family in attendance on the Sunday.




Ben had a cracking time and that was just showing his bike.

There's a bit of everything at the show which I'm sure the ones of you who attended last year will know.


This was not the best place to be but Trinity survived unscathed.

I have a couple of bikes that I may want to show at this event buddy, how do you go about it?

 

My advice, Don't!

I was surprised at when it finished everyone just rolling bikes out. Not great.

Ive just got back from the event setting up and it looks like it will be a much better show this year with far more exhibitors.

I went to this a couple if years ago and I've got to say it was very poor to be honest. Very few manufacturers.

£15 to get in and if I hadn't come across a guy called Paul from Hydroprinting (I think he was from them) I would of been out of there within 15 minutes.

The worst of it was I dropped Mrs H at the Trafford centre and she was not going home so soon! Nearly 3 hours of hanging around a shopping centre

Went to a bike show and came home with a in-car cradle/holder for an IPhone 5. What happened there!

 

Looks like I saved you a trip Kevin that's going to cost you a bacon butty when we meet up .

 

Went last year or was it the year before .... anyway, crap.... too few meaningful exhibits and too many tat sellers. I just wish we could get a mini NEC up here.
