So decided to buy a screen for the Blade, 12 days on and I have heard nothing. Three emails sent with no reply. I gave them a call and got a grumpy advisor who told me by the end of next week I should have it. That will be around 20 days! I am often amazed by the speedy turn around of the likes of sportsbike shop and some eBay sellers, often next day. I don't understand how mandp are still in business with such good competition, they were crap years ago!
I ordered from them recently a R&G tail tidy and a dry chain lube and all arrived very quickly and well packed...
I ordered a few sets of front wheel bearings from them (their eBay shop I think) and post was prompt.
After getting the runaround from the useless advisors, I did a Google search and got hold of the directors email. Told him the situation and to be fair he was spot on, two days later and I have my screen! The advisors I dealt with couldn't give a flying f*** about customer service, they need a good kick up the arse!
