This time last year he didn't have a ride sorted, and look how that ended up.

    Back to a Hunts fireblade?

He'd beat most of us if he was on C90 round the island. ;)

Can't read the full comments on the link as it says 'internal server error' so speaking without the facts. So is MD racing the Honda in TT ?

Would love to see GM win the Seniors but can't see it happening unfortunately.

or maybe not,not sure why it's not working anymore.....

this is basicaslly what it says.

"11 times TT winner Michael Dunlop is without a job for the 2015 season. The 25 year old is losing his BMW ride for the North West 200, TT and Ulster Grand Prix races after it was revealed that the Buildbase Hawk BMW squad he was contracted to this year is to be replaced by the Northern Ireland-based TAS team as BMW’s officially supported team for next year’s BSB and road racing campaigns.
The Ballymoney man, who won two North West 200 races and the Superbike, Superstock and Senior TTs on Stuart Hicken’s Buildbase Hawk prepared BMW S1000RRs in 2014, is expected to be replaced by the TAS team’s current road riders, Guy Martin and Michael’s elder brother, William.

The sensational shift to BMW sees TAS sever their longstanding relationship with the Suzuki factory, which is expected to focus its racing budget and resources on a return to the MotoGP series.

A full announcement on the TAS team’s 2015 plans is expected later in the week when it will be revealed whether the squad’s current sponsors, Tyco, are to continue their backing."

Tas racing / BMW with all its toys hmmm that will be interesting.Jumping from Suzuki to a BMW may provide the win GM has been waiting for.
I'm just surprised Honda had MD back.Maybe there is no one else out there as good as him on road.On track he is nowhere.

Have it on good authority that BMW could not cope with his MD's lack of enthusiasm with PR. Apparently at their last BMW dealer opening he turned up in a Kawasaki t-shirt lol!!

That would not surprise me - the phrase 'Don't bite the hand that feeds you' - BMW is all about image, reputation etc. and representing the brand is top priority for them.

I admire MD a great deal his tallet and pure lack of fear on the roads is something to behold . But every interview i read or watch on the tv i just come away thinking fat little grumpy twat. The factorys require a poster boy simple as that . I will have everything crossed for Guy next year i hope he gets his long wanted win in the big class.
