Saw an HRC on a 10 plate and another custom race rep in Moffat town centre at lunchtime (1pm) today. They were parked up next to a bunch of other bikes. Hope you were enjoying your run!
My usual haunt that. Not me this time, but I've seen more than a few blades down there. If it wasn't raining down there tomorrow I'd be down there for a run.
First I've really been down that way. We normally head up north. Went Hamilton, Moffat, Selkirk, Peebles, East Kilbride (I know, I know but it was on my way home ) Some very nice roads, some of which we found by accident by taking some wrong turns.
Next time you plan a ride down give me shout and I'll see if I can meet up for a blast down. There are so many good roads down that way, and very little traffic.
I was going to Moffat today but this wretched weather has put paid to that. Forecast was great up till yesterday , dam you rain !
Went up to Knockhill about half nine saw the black clouds coming over about half ten so decided to head. Only out the place five minutes and started raining. Come through some heavy downpours and when I got home , nothing. Scotland: great roads , shit weather.
I was in Edinburgh all day standing around in a field. Windy, dry and occasionally sunny. I now have a face and neck like a lobster as I never remember to put cream on on overcast days. They must have all just missed us.
