Over to you guys...
if pedro gets a good start to the season then i see him hunting lorenzo all season, not sure if he could beat him in a winner takes all battle though. and sorry to mention him as i know your not his no.1 fan but at this stage you cant rule out VR46 untill we see his form in the first race of the season
Rossi wont win the title, he got walloped by JL before he went to Ducati, time isnt on his side and he wont be able to recover as quickly as the young guns will if they stack it, as i said before, Marquez will finish in front of VR come seasons end.
It'll definitely be interesting this season, in 2009 Lorenzo missed 4 races & Rossi won the title. In 2010, it was the opposite with Rossi missing 4 races & Lorenzo taking the title, though he did win in a more convincing fashion, winning 9 races compared to Rossi's 6 wins in the previous season. I guess time will tell whether Rossi has still got it, it'll probably take him until mid-season to adjust to the bike. I hope Dani retains his form from the last half of 2012, he's definitely taking the championship if he does. Will also be interesting to see how Marquez does on the Honda, Moto GP is finally looking promising this season!

Interesting that Moto gp do not want to increase the grid. To be fair they would only be making up the numbers having lost out on development since they left. Perhaps Karol Abraham team may want to join forces instead of riding an also ran ducati
Anyone else quite excited about the amount of Brits These are the lads to watch. 33 MICHAEL LAVERTY, BRITISH, PAUL BIRD MOTORSPORT, PBM* 35 CAL CRUTCHLOW, BRITISH, MONSTER YAMAHA TECH 3, YAMAHA 38 BRADLEY SMITH, BRITISH, MONSTER YAMAHA TECH 3, YAMAHA 8 KYLE SMITH, BRITISH, BLUSENS AVINTIA, KALEX 45 SCOTT REDDING, BRITISH, MARC VDS RACING TEAM, KALEX 52 DANNY KENT, BRITISH, TECH 3, TECH 3 17 JOHN McPHEE, BRITISH, RACING TEAM GERMANY, FTR HONDA 52 DANNY KENT, BRITISH, TECH 3, TECH 3
Would love to see a real good fight each race between Pedrosa, Rossi, Lorenzo, Marquez & possibly crutchlow. Personally I would love for a miracle to happen to Spies and he jumps on that Ducati, it works for him and he starts kicking ass but think there is more chance of me winning a motogp race than that lol
You never know about Spies! Besides his string of bad luck he's said that the Yamaha just didn't suit his riding style. It requires a very smooth & precise rider like Lorenzo & Rossi. Who knows Mayr he'll fare better on the Ducati.
A couple of rule changes this year 2013 Penalty Points ... Are new for 2013 .If a rider collects 10 points he can't ride in the next race ..... Another new rule will see flag signals displayed on the bikes dash board ,which will be mandatory from 2014 .
Good point on spies. The people who have done best on the Ducati are the guys who have a 'wild' style. He might do Okay. Hayden has done better than most and he slid the Honda around sidewards in every race. Caparossi was always a little nuts. And of course there's Stoner who doesn't know how to ride a bike like a 'normal racer'. That lad was special.
