Awful smell in the cupboard, bloody hell must of put my leathers away wet last year :( got them out today & their covered in grey mould. Has anyone any ideas how to clean them off. Or is it gonna be just soapy water and dry thoroughly

That would be a good start Tim. With luck the spores won't have burrowed through the chrome of the leather or disturbed the dye layers. Modern leathers are pretty tough but it depends on how saturated they were before you stored them. Best way would be to wipe it off with a damp cloth, let them dry thoroughly, then try a leather cleaner. Give it a conditioner, there's a recent thread on the subject here somewhere.

Mild cleaner water as Ken said. Then go over with leather cleaner and conditioner. Shoud turn out like new after.

Or use baby wipes to remove the mould

Oh, and don't use anything with detergent in it unless it's it a propriety leather cleaner and even then spot test it first.
